Shire of Pingelly Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and Local Planning Strategy
Report of Review available for inspection
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Pingelly has prepared a Report of Review for the Shire of Pingelly Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and the Local Planning Strategy.
The Western Australian Planning Commission has considered the Report of Review and agrees with the recommendations of the report to amend Local Planning Scheme No. 3 to align it with the model and deemed provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and to amend the Local Planning Strategy.
Documents that set out and explain the Report of Review are available at www.pingelly.wa.gov.au and are available for inspection during office hours at the Shire office until Monday 14 June 2021.
Submissions are invited from the community and stakeholders on the Report of Review by Monday 14 June 2021.
