Harvest Ban Information for 25 & 26 December 2019 & 1 January 2020
The Shire of Pingelly would like to advise that on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day there is a total harvest and movement of vehicles ban in paddocks except for the watering of livestock.
The Boxing Day ban may be lifted at 4.00pm on that day if the weather conditions permit.
It is also reminded that we are in the Prohibited Burning Period and the use of whipper snippers, mowers and slashers on dry grass is not permitted between 6.00am and 6.00pm during this period.
It is okay to trim, mow or slash reticulated (green) grass e.g lawns, lawn edges. Please read your Fire Control Order received with your rates notice for more details.
