DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY – PROPOSED SALE OF 21 & 23 QUEEN STREET PINGELLY

Local Government Act 1995, 3.58. Disposing of Property.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, that the Shire of Pingelly intends to release the following properties to market.

  • 21 Queen Street Pingelly WA 6308
  • 23 Queen Street Pingelly WA 6308


Each lot is 911m² and zoned within the Town Centre. The properties are listed for sale individually by public tender, with a guide price of a minimum $50,000 per lot. Both lots are zoned ‘Commercial’ with the ability to place up to 3 dwellings on each lot, a commercial use or a single dwelling. The lots are adjacent to services, with connections readily available.


A covenant will be placed on the title requiring at least one dwelling to be constructed within two years of settlement. This dwelling must not be a relocated or relocatable home. This disposal is in accordance with Section 3.58 and Section 6.64(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 and was approved under Council Motion #13474 at the Ordinary Council Meeting on
18 September 2024 (Item 19.3).
