In accordance with Sections 5.75, 5.76, 5.65, 5.71, 5.71A, and 5.88 of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 29C of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Pingelly maintains the following registers for elected members and designated employees.

The Shire’s Financial Interests Register is available for public inspection during the Shire’s standard opening hours.

In accordance with Regulation 29C(2)(d) and (e) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the register below provides a record of all Annual and Primary Returns lodged for the 2024/2025 period.

Under Section 5.88(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Annual Returns Register contains:
