Chalet Investment Opportunity - EOI
Posted 24 September 2021 Chalet Investment Opportunity - EOI

The Shire is specifically seeking EOIs to purchase chalets at the Pingelly Caravan Park for the construction cost of $120,000-$150,000 each. Each investor will be the full owner of their chalet and received the full profit after expenses for this investment. It is expected that visitors will pay $1080-$1140 for a chalet for a week. Figures are based on the Brookton Caravan Park. These EOIs will provide evidence of leveraged funding for the Shire of Pingelly to apply for a Regional Economic Development grant to upgrade the Pingelly Caravan Park, including providing upgraded facilities for the use by the chalet occupants, connection to services and to complete the Pingelly Caravan Park Masterplan. It is anticipated that this Shire will construct and manage the chalets on behalf of the owners and that the owners will enjoy a passive income stream. EOIs are not binding, only an indication of interest. If you are interested, further information and EOI Forms are available on the Shire's website or at the Shire Office.
