Since 2018 Pingelly Health Centres have been run as Primary Health Centre demonstration sites.
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is currently undertaking a review of both sites to identify achievements to date, the challenges that have been experienced, and the opportunities for improvement into the future.
SDF Global Pty Ltd have been engaged by WACHS to conduct an independent review with local community members, stakeholders and WACHS staff.
As a valued community member, we are seeking your input into this process via a brief anonymous survey.
