Request for Tender - Pingelly Off Road Vehicle Area - RFT02/25.26
The Shire of Pingelly invites suitably contractors to submit a tender detailed design and redevelopment of the Pingelly Off Road Vehicle Area on Lot 9593 Paragon Street, Pingelly.
The site is approximately 2km south of Pingelly in a bushland reserve. The existing track is 1.2km long and has been closed since 2017 due to safety concerns. All submissions are welcome. Tender documents are available on the Shire’s website www.pingelly.wa.gov.au
Tender documentation, enquiries, requests for site visits and submissions should be made to admin@pingelly.wa.gov.au .Tenders close at 12 Noon WST on Monday 11 May 2026. Tenders should be marked ‘Pingelly Off Road Vehicle Area – RFT02/25.26’
The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillor’s, late responses or non-compliant tenders will disqualify tenderers from the evaluation process.
