LEASE OF ‘PINGELLY RAILWAY STATION’
LOT 832, PORTION OF RESERVE 10207 PINGELLY WA 6308
The Shire of Pingelly hereby gives notice, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease the Pingelly Railway Station, located at Lot 832, Portion of Reserve 10207, Pingelly WA 6308, for a period of 3 years with a 3 year option.
The property is a single-story historical railway station building and the railway platform running the length of the building. The building. constructed mainly of wood, is a rectangular structure divided into several rooms with a single toilet facility. The proposed lease amount is $1 per annum plus utilities.
Members of the public are invited to submit their comments regarding the proposed lease. Submissions must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and sent to the address below or emailed to admin@pingelly.wa.gov.au. All submissions must be received by the Shire Administration Office no later than 4:30 pm on 30 June 2025.
