LEASE OF UNIT 2, 7 WEBB STREET, PINGELLY
(DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY)
The Shire of Pingelly, as required by section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, gives notice of its proposed lease of Unit 2, 7 Webb Street, Pingelly to the Western Australian Country Health Service (WACHS) for a period of 4 months with an option of a further 4 months for staff accommodation. This property is a 2x2 unit of brick construction with a double garage on an area of approximately 500m2. It is proposed to lease this property for $300 as the current market value.
Persons wishing to make comment on the disposal ae invited to do so and are required to lodge their submission, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, to the address below or email admin@pingelly.wa.gov.au to be received at the Shire Administration Office no later than 4.30pm on Monday 6th March 2023.
