Pingelly Child Care Centre (PCCC)

The Pingelly Child Care Centre (PCCC) is a modern early childhood facility located at the former bowls club site, providing high-quality childcare and playgroup services for the local community.

Delivered in partnership between the Shire of Pingelly and REED (Regional Early Education & Development Inc), the centre has been purposefully designed to support families, encourage early learning, and strengthen community connections.

Project Overview

The redevelopment has transformed the former bowls club into a contemporary, multi-use facility featuring two dedicated spaces—one for long daycare and one for local playgroups. This design allows both services to operate simultaneously while maintaining a safe and functional environment.

The centre includes fully refurbished interiors, upgraded amenities, and new indoor and outdoor play areas, including a purpose-built playground.

Childcare Services

REED Pingelly operates long daycare services from the facility four days per week (Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm), with the capacity to expand services, including Outside School Hours care, as demand grows.

The upgraded facility provides a high-quality learning environment for children while offering greater flexibility for local families and supporting workforce participation.

Playgroups & Community Use

A dedicated space within the centre supports Pingelly Playgroups, providing a welcoming environment for families to connect and participate in early learning activities.

This space is also available for community hire, offering a flexible venue for local groups and events.
