Pingelly Recreation and Cultural Centre (PRACC)

The Pingelly Recreation and Cultural Centre (PRACC) is a landmark 5,470m² multipurpose facility supporting sport, recreation, culture, and community life in Pingelly and the surrounding region.

Opened in January 2019, PRACC has become a central community hub — a place to gather, celebrate, dine, and connect. It hosts a wide range of activities including sporting events, community meetings, cultural performances, functions, workshops, and civic events.

PRACC is a licensed venue open Thursday to Saturday and is home to The Stringy Bark Restaurant, providing a welcoming social and dining space for locals and visitors.

The Centre plays a key role in supporting local sporting clubs and community groups, offering quality facilities that promote participation, wellbeing, and regional events.

Operating as a not-for-profit and governed by a local board, PRACC is community-led, employs local staff, and contributes to the local economy.

More than just a facility, PRACC is a vital community asset — strengthening connection, supporting events and services, and even serving as an emergency evacuation centre when needed.
