Waste Disposal and Special Wastes?
Some items cannot be placed in either kerbside bin, including:
- Hazardous chemicals
- Asbestos
- Electronic waste
- Batteries
- Medical sharps
- Large quantities of building and demolition material
- Tires
- Mattresses
If you are unsure how to dispose of an item, contact the Shire before disposal.
Some of these items may be disposed at the Waste Facility.
