PROPOSED LEASE OF SHIRE BUILDING – RSL HALL, (141) 23 PARADE STREET PINGELLY WA 6308
The Shire of Pingelly hereby gives notice, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease the RSL Building, located at 23 Parade Street, Pingelly WA 6308, to the Pingelly RSL Sub-Branch for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.
The property is a single-storey building located on Shire-owned land and is to be leased for the purpose of the Pingelly RSL Sub-Branch's operations and activities. The building comprises a single-storey dwelling with associated amenities.
The proposed lease amount is $1.00 per annum plus utilities.
Members of the public are invited to submit their comments regarding the proposed lease. Submissions must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and sent to the address below or emailed to admin@pingelly.wa.gov.au . All submissions must be received by the Shire Administration Office no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
