COUNCIL DINNER CATERING 2026/2027
APPLICATIONS OPEN
The Shire of Pingelly invites local community groups and clubs to submit expressions of interest to provide catering for Ordinary Council Meetings for the upcoming financial year.
This is a great opportunity for local groups to generate some extra funds by providing a simple meal service. Catering requirements consist of a main meal and dessert for approximately 10–12 people following each meeting.
Council Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (with the exception of December, which is held on the second Tuesday, and no meeting in January).
Interested groups are encouraged to submit a brief expression of interest, including a cost per head, in writing to the Shire by Friday, 2 June 2026.
We strongly encourage all local clubs and community groups to consider taking part.
